Have a Happy and Healthy 2015!

It is hard to believe that the year 2014 is almost over!  May you have a happy and healthy 2015!

One great way to help make 2015 a happy and healthy year is by doing activities that you enjoy, such as walking around a local park, bicycle riding, or ice skating.

Another great way to start the year off right is to involve your kids in planning and preparing meals.  Each meal should be balanced, and contain at least three food groups.  When your children help you pick out the ingredients and prepare the foods, they will be more likely to eat your joint creations, and even to give new foods a try.

May it be a great year!
